1296 Sydney Road (Old Ijuba Factory)

The Project at 1296 Sydney Road was a flagship project for us. The premises was the Old Ijuba Factory which encompassed 44000 square metres. The site consisted of a number of industrial buildings and warehouses.

The site was demolished and cleared within 10 weeks. Our teams worked hard day and night to get this completed within the clients timelines and the job require large scale demolition and our teams assisted the client in the removal of rubble, scrap steel as well as clearing the site.
